How to wash your hair better... With lots of research and experiments, I have finally found the best way to wash your hair to stop it from getting oily and making it look and feel healthier.
To start: 1. ALWAYS START WITH HOT WATER TO RINSE YOUR HAIR. Rinsing with hot water opens up your hair follicles allowing you to clean them better. 2. ONLY USE SHAMPOO ON THE ROOTS OF YOUR HAIR. Using shampoo on the roots of your hair helps clean out the excess oils on your scalp. Shampoo isn't needed on the ends of your hair. 3. RINSE THE SHAMPOO OUT WITH HOT WATER. Washing out the shampoo with hot water keeps the follicles open to rinse away any excess muck leaving them open for the conditioner. 4. APPLY CONDITIONER TO ONLY THE ENDS OF YOUR HAIR. Only ever put conditioner on the ends of your hair. Putting it on the roots of your hair can cause unnecessary oils where they aren't wanted. 5. RINSE WITH COLD WATER. Rinse out the conditioner with cold water to close the follicles and keep the moisture in your ends to stop them from drying out. Happy Blogging! x
